Such a lovely shop. So many teas to choose from and the staff is incredibly helpful! A friend of mine and I went in to buy a bunch of tea as gifts and Ella was exceptional! She offered plenty of perfect recommendations and was very kind as we worked with her for well over 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning! Ella, you’re the TeaHaus Queen!!

My friends and I love any excuse to host events. When it was my turn, TeaHaus honestly made my job so easy! Everything from fresh ingredients from the local farmer's market, to the setup, to the service. I can't say enough about our experience. It was honestly perfect.

If I had ten days to spend in Ann Arbor, I would go to TeaHaus for every single one! I lived in Ann Arbor for a year and a half and going to TeaHaus with my friends was always a highlight of my week. The staff members are wonderful (especially Sung who is so kind!!). Everyone at TeaHaus is so knowledgeable about tea, they give great recommendations and there are so many delicious options to choose from! TeaHaus was really what started my love for tea. In terms of food, the pastries are so tasty and the variety is excellent, there’s lots of vegan and gluten/dairy-free options so there’s something for everyone to enjoy! The no-laptops-rule and the communal board and card games they provide make it such a cozy and inviting space to spend time in. Any time of day is the perfect time for TeaHaus! I cannot recommend TeaHaus enough and I will go every time that I am back in the area. Take your friends, drink some tea, and enjoy!

I’ve always meant to leave a review for TeaHaus to express how much joy this place brings me. They do such an amazing job at cultivating an environment focused on real-life connections (which is why I love the no-laptop rule). The tea selection is impressive, and I have found all the employees to be helpful with recommendations when I’m indecisive and want to try something new. I love the tea-infused baked goods as well - the tea-rimisu is my favorite! When I travel to different cities, I try to find a place that reminds me of TeaHaus, but there really isn’t any place like it. It’s unique and special in all the best ways possible. Thank you for creating a space where people can come together and feel connected in-person.

I just found out you can resteep your tea order, which makes so much sense. I have a lot of tea at home so I don’t order their tea that often, but I like them whenever I do. I’m always on the look out for new flavors of cakes and macarons. I feel like macaron’s flavors change roughly every month, but cakes are hard to predict. For a tea place, I really wish they have more tea flavor desserts. Of all the sweets I’ve had from them, I love their hojicha cake and hazelnut crepe cake the most.
